Digital LED Voltmeter Green

Three wire design allows measurement of 0 to 99VDC.  Red wire runs the display and is limited to 3-30VDC.  Blue wire does the measuring, up to 99V. In a typical 12VDC setup, just connect the red and blue wires together. Meters can be calibrated if necessary by shorting TXD pad or RXD pad to GND.
